2026-09-17 Hello World plugin 500
Enabling demo.hello-world could 500 if hello_world_logs was never migrated, or if a plugin hook/boot exception escaped.
Fix: run the plugin's migrations on enable; keep /hello-world and comment.created working without the table; isolate plugin boot and hooks so one plugin cannot take down the admin.
