## 2026-09-17 Hello World plugin 500

Enabling `demo.hello-world` could 500 if `hello_world_logs` was never migrated, or if a plugin hook/boot exception escaped.

Fix: run the plugin's migrations on enable; keep `/hello-world` and `comment.created` working without the table; isolate plugin boot and hooks so one plugin cannot take down the admin.
