feat: restore sablog browse modes and clean imported HTML

Keep the public site readable after import (nbsp, highlighter, wrapping code, compact pager) and finish the admin extras already in this tree: sticky levels, preview, page cache, and live llms.txt. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

+- Edit post crashed with `Class "Filament\Tables\Actions\Action" not found`.
+- Cause: `CommentsRelationManager` still imported the Filament v3 class. HTTP GET on the edit page can pass because the relation table only instantiates when its Livewire component boots.
+- Fix: `use Filament\Actions\Action`. Regression: `FilamentV5CompatTest`.
